Creating a Mandate in Self Service Mandate system

  • Select the type of mandate

Warning: For tax-on-web, you have to select Tax-on-web ITR/NRI (non-resident) OR ITR (resident)

If you are the mandator

  • Click on "Mandate giver"
  • Click on  "Search"
  • Enter the mandatee’s enterprise number or name
  • Click on “Search”
  • Click on “Validate”

If you are the mandatee

  • On the line “Mandatee”, click on “My Company”
  • On the line “Mandator”, click on “Search”
  • Complete all the data fields
  • Click on “Search”

The street and the number have to be mentioned as listed on the identity card (visible with eID Viewer)

Once the mandator and the mandatee are mentioned :

  • Click on “Confirm”
  • Roll down the page
  • Tick the box: “I have read and accept these terms”
  • Click on “OK”
  • The mandate is created. Now, it has to be signed by the other party
